-- Violating Article 92, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order or Regulation. He was charged with using government-provided hardware and software to advertise and sell pornography for commercial gain. The charge also included viewing, displaying and storing obscene material using government-provided equipment.
-- Violating Article 133, Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and a Gentleman, for engaging in sexual intercourse with women while other men were present.
-- Violating Article 134, Pandering, by arranging for another man to engage in acts of sexual intercourse with a woman. This action is prejudicial to the good order and discipline of the armed forces.
