Ironically, I was standing at the ATM today in Raleys SuperMarket and looked at that huge change thing where you dump your change in - and it had a machine that would get you a prepaid mastercard or visa - but I think it took 5 days to mail. |

Most AAA establishments do. That is triple A the car tow thingy.
If not go to www.visa.com and there is info on it. Pre-paid are one time use throw away cards. Work like a visa but are just tossed when used up. They do often cary a 2.50 atm cash removal fee, above any atm fee. They also have refillable pre-paid cards. As long as there is a balance on it you can load more money to the card, even online. Think visa calls these passport cards. |

try bankofamerica (giftcards) http://www.bankofamerica.com/giftcard/ and aaa (reloadable and visa buxx) or get a paypal account with 2 free mastercard atm cards (lowest fees).
Here are some more: http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Ec..._Certificates/ https://www.icardgiftcard.com/ However, the fees are usually rediculously high, better give cash :-)
