I used to have a few hundred domains and I get those things all the time. Most of the ones I still get are for domains I have not had in years.

Umm everyone they spammed got the same spam im guessing..

Perhaps you didnt read it , it says pretty clearly its not a bill, its just an ad, like all the other search engine submit ads.
