I'm looking for a good hosting company with cheap bandwidth. I'm using candid now but need to move. Not interested in rackshack either.

Cheap does not mean quality. If you just want to throw your money away find Nick from LikeWhoa. Otherwise look for a good deal on quality.

It depends on volume, too. If you need a LOT, I can give you a cherry of a deal. If not, I can still give you a deal but it wouldn't necessarily be "cheap".

You wont find any cogent in there either ;)

I don't know what you consider 'cheap'... But I don't think that you should have to sacrifice quality to get a good value for your money. I'm not the cheapest host around but we do excellent work and are on a teriffic network. Our prices are considered to be excellent by most... so give us a look-see! Be sure to compare how hosts bill... Average, 95th percentile, actual usage. Sometimes one host looks cheaper than another when they actually might not be.
