Nelvac is very difficult to get a hold of sometimes. Try e-mailing him, I am sure he would appreciate it over an ICQ. He has 100 newbies a day messaging him asking him for partner accounts.

i told nelvac that i went to vacation so please don't delete my partner account. When i came back from vacation, i got my account deleted. Then, i tried many times to contact him by email or icq but no answers.
