With the new regs coming out, is it still worth it to build a recurring AVS program like Cyberage or "Free" program like Sexkey?

We just built one, but god damn visa will delay you and try to stop you you can't say "AVS" they just go "NO PROCESSING FOR YOU". Talk to the processing companies ccbill or epoch to see what they say. You can do it but not like you used too

Maybe a "pass" type system to a network. Plus, strict rules re how to advertise. And finally, avs system tied to very specific niches. Would this work?
