Damage has been done due to the constant bickering. Gary hasn't been hurt because he just admitted he has been on drugs. He hurt his reputation years ago because of the drug use. Aly hasn't lived in Gary's house for many months now- I can tell you that neither I nor Aly told Gary to do anything. If you know Gary well enough , you know he loves litigious battles he knows he can win- he even gets off on just litigtaing to make people claim bankruptcy- why ?
