the loading time on the flash is fucking gay ( long ass fucking time ) no preloader loaded into it yet ... all pictures are jpg's in the flash still so file size is large .. but let it load for awhile and then refresh it ... let me know what ya guys think

Loading time is not the gayest thing about that Flash. It's not done badly (skill-wise) but the whole layout, dark backgrounds, gray colors and tiny text totally destroy the little usability it has.
