I don't like ones that are crammed full with text and thumbs and flashing, talking, pulsing banners. It's enough to send a girl into fits.

I had a friend help with mine and I like that it's clean and not too slow to load.

My favorite is Sublime Directory. They have a smooth clean design and everything is there that you need. Hell I have been surfing it for years. Plus they have some killer traffic for TGP galleries!
