everyone and anyone can (and does) make a mistake, it's how those mistakes are handled that determine one's respectability.

Lightspeed's response was very classy and professional.


lightspeed is a first class operation. I stake my own reputation behind that. Now that's stating a lot since I don't do any business with them but I know most of their crew personally and they do business with MOST of my friends and every one I know has only EVER said good things about them. They are probally the only company I'm not currently doing any business with that I'll say that about.

This is exactly why Lightspeed is the only revshare program I use and trust. I have faith that Steve will make well on any problems that occur and this is a great example of that. Just a shame it had to become public like this, but it shows good character on LS' part.
