they aren't his templates, he's an affiliate of some template monster clone site.

and looking at the templates, many look like they've been copied from other template sites inventory and not an image used in any of them is licensed.

yeah.. beware! template monster is being sued by getty images for using unlicensed images in their designs.. guess who's next? the clients...
