Just wanted to pass along how happy I am with Jupiter Hosting. The level of service has been really impressive so far. Keep up the great work!

I haven't seen a minute of downtime in the 6 months I've been with them.

The problem for me with JH is that one is required to sign a contract for at least 12 months

I'm with ISPrime. Been with them forever and they are kick ass.
Heard lots and lots of great things about Jupiter as well

I'm with ISPrime too, but on a shared hosting account. I will probably need a dedicated server soon though. ISPrime's support and performance have been fantastic, but their 10 mbit september special is just a little too expensive for my needs, where JH's 5 mbit plan has the contract disadvantage

Reynold I don't think that would be problem as there is no flaws in their service or support. Besides, I think you won't want to go anywhere else anyway; once you have experienced their service.
