I am not sure if what I want done is do'able; but I'm looking to hire someone to something for me.

I'd like to make a small flash banner which displays the same information as my signature; only with fading text (first IP, then ISP, then browser, operating system and finally a random quote.)

I have no doubt the you can make a flash button; but the trick here is (cuz I dont know anything about Flash) - can Flash uses referrer information like PHP to dynamically display a users IP and AGENT information?

of course flash can do such thing
the banner can be done such way
when it is loading it loads variables from certain url for example variables.php
and then just using such variables in flash text fields to be displayed to users
it's simple

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
