Per minute billing
We are working on a per minute billing system, can some webmaster tell me your experience with this type of billing. Also what would make this attractive to webmasters and what are some fears associated with per minute billing. Thanks

Hmm... Our chargeback level is only 0.4% now, we have our own fraud-control system and our own merchant account.
