can be all staged. watch how nurses in hospital take advantage of sleeping patients in their gowns, with nothing on underneath. got this idea when a friend of mine told me his sister was going to the hospital, and he was worried that doctors or nurses would take advantage of her while she was drugged. i bet lots of people think about it ....
