i think my brother fucked up my computer while surfing on porn
 there is a bar under my "address bar". Name is: "Hotbar" i can't remove it. Do anybody know how to remove it?

try right clicking around the IE buttons and see if you can disable it there.

Go to view - toolbars and see if it is in there and uncheck it, or check the path and see where it is on your files and delete it?
