Top Elance Type Sites?
What would you say the top 5 sites to get bids on custom programming are?
As it stands i only know of Elance but there must be a lot more than that. TIA for any help and urls. |

I originally thought the elance idea was a pretty good one and might put some of the scumsucking consulting companies out of business and leave us independents alone.
The thing is that it seems to have been taken over by a bunch of asians and indians who work for $.99 and hour. Sad  |
