Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't say anything about it being wrong in the free area and ok in the pay area. So I don't think that method would work for VW. Too bad, though.
However, the wording does make me wonder exactly what's acceptable and what's not. Let's say that VW keeps accepting user submitted pics in the free area, to bring in the traffic... But converts RedClouds to 100% licensed content. (or licensed, plus any members who actually submitted a model release and ID, etc...) Would that be acceptable? Is the wording implying that only the actual members area is under this scrutiny? Or would there still be a problem because user submitted pics appear in the free area?
Also, the wording specifically says: "either via a picture post or message board". Both of these imply (to me) allowing the user to upload their own pics without approval first. What if VW views and approves all pics first, and thus is not an "automated" picture post or message board. Would that make a difference I wonder?
