Forget about 2000charge,
have a look to http://www.libereco.net I work with Frank fo about 8 years now and they are doing a great job. Tell him Zappu (Thomas from http://www.norespect.com and skan media) has send you. btw, ebs ag has stopped the billing and given it over to 2000charge because of real problems here in germany
