sony's software that came with the Digital camcorder sucks ass
Ulead's Videostudio 6 isnt much better? what else is out there?

there's also Pinnacle Studio. It does the DV copying but it's not the best user interface... looks like it was designed for a 2 year old, or grandma.

Adobe Just put out Premiere Pro which is alot better than the former Premiere.
