Windows Media question....
![]() How do you allow someone to fast forward through a webpage embedded video? I have a video and when I embed it, it does not allow me to fast forward....and I can't figure it out....driving me insane. Thanks.

BTW...WMV file embed using Windows Media Player. Can't drag the scroll to fast forward.

You need to have the WMV hosted off of a Windows Media Server to allow fast forward/rewind. Just dumping it on a website (unix or windows) will just stream it from beginning to end with no forward/reverse controls. It needs to be in the Windows Media on-demand directory (/ASFRoot I think, usually) on a Windows Media Server for that functionality.
