ccbill email just recievec

anyone know what they are saying in this email I just got from ccbill..

Dear Webmaster,

It has been brought to our attention by our programming department that the username tied to this CCBill account that lists you as the primary contact, has been performing extensive queries against our systems. This 'spidering' is causing system load issues and we need for it to cease immediately. If it continues, we may need to temporarily deactive access to the webmaster admin site in order to resolve this matter. If this step is taken, it will not be possible to reactivate the username until tomorrow. Please let us know when you recieve this message.

If the data you are obtaining through the spidering is something you need to have continued access to, our Data Link service may be able to fill those needs. The attached PDF file details the features and processes for using the Data Link system.

Thanks,

Harley P

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

are you using third party software to access and compile all of your affiliate stats?

There are programs out there that run regularly massive queries on our databases at short and consistent intervals. If you think that might be the case, reconfigure the software to check shorter periods of time less frequently and reply to that email to let us know.

I know that at one point, people were using software that, by default, would query the entire month every 15 minutes or so. Toward the end of the month, the constant queries began affecting the reporting servers and we had to block and notify the offenders.

hmmm i'm having a less than pleasant day with an affiliate program who uses ccbill as a primary processor and has his own stats. This traffic has provent it's worth for over 3 months and NEVER have i seen NO conversions in a whole day. Think that might be it or i'm just having a really bad day?

mine are ok everywhere else, it's that specific sponsor that doesn't make sense. Hopefully everything will be ok tomorrow...
