Legal question bout last paycheck

Is there lawsuit if your old company never gave you, your last paycheck? I've been waiting for it for a month or two and realized I haven't received it yet and I can't contact the office!

Yes there are laws regarding your last paycheck, getting paid etc.

Most companies in order to avoid problems like lawsuits etc, are usually advised by their human resources department, or lawyers etc to have check in hand, or a severance package prepared when they dismiss you.

I suggest you call the Department of Labor as a start to see what directions you might need to head in, in order to file an official complaint.
