taco bell is the healthiest fast food joint....u still get your nutrients, lettuce, tomato, cheese(dairy) and it's low carb compared to a greasy big mac... not to worry about cheating...

I'm on an ALL Carb diet so I can see how you must have missed it. Congrats on the weightloss! Funny how different diets work for different people. I've maintained 105 lbs by gorging on carbs for 10 years now, but on other diets I gain weight....... odd.

Actually I've found that scheduling a regular day off but not overboard keeps my body from thinking it needs to go into starvation mode and helps keep weightloss or maintainance going.

But if you don't need a drive-thru, take the time to pop into a Subway and have a sub made. They've got like 1/4th of the fat, carbs, and calories of big macs and whoppers.
(I just had dinner there and had ample time to stare at the comparisons on the napkins.
