You need to have a US presence first, generally in the form of a US incorporation. I'd suggest you look into that first, as it's a rather involved process.

Really? I had my US attorney do it all for me. Cost me less than a grand total and all I had to do was sign some papers he sent me.
Cant get much easier than that!

i have several friends and acquaintances who simply went to http://www.incorporate.com/ and incorporated as a nevada llc in a few minutes.
