When the Iraqi video game programmers make a video game they can do the same.

There's a little slider on the back of the machine to adjust that. Just move it anywhere between "Good Guys" (the default setting) to "Lowlife Third World Scum".

Unfortunately, due to a bug in the programming, doing this will only add one or two hit points at the most to the rag heads. So, somethimes they may have to be shot twice before they bite the dust.
