They need to get Frank Miller on the writing team if they haven't yet. Nobody knows or writes Batman like Frank.

Doug Moench wrote better and I oughtta know I've been knowin Doug for about 14 years. Reading his work for over 30. I turned down Batman stuff because the writing was so bad years and years ago. It wasn't til Doug came along and made me wanna draw one but I was too tied up at the time. So you might find an old Batman issue or annual with my name in the storyboard/breakdown credits but that's it.

Besides the best Batman story ever written was written 60 + years ago about when Batman cornered his parent's killer, Joe Chill. The best piece of poetic justice ever.
