Ive used them for for a couple years. They have some good payment options for EU customers, like direct debit and per minute phone billing. They always pay like clockwork on Mondays, and tech support is ok. Not great, but they will answer eventually. They need a better server as it seems at least every 2-3 weeks they have some downtime which lasts at least 2 hours.
Are they the next to bite the bullet? Who knows, knobody really knows for sure. They are Euro and deal with Euro banks as well as Asian banks. Milk it while it lasts... |

We use Verotel as a backup to ccbill so far they have paid on time. Who knows how long the will be around, hard to say in this current climate. They have had a few problems going of line lately but apart from that I have no complaints really. Their support is only fair, nothing like ccbill but I must admit I do like the accent of the girl that answers the phone.
