Just follow their rules and submit your galleries..

video post offers private submitters account and richards realm is Not backed up on movie gallery submissions... you will get listesd right away on Richards and about 7 days after submission on video post.

No need to pay for spots you can get for free. You just have to follow their rules... that's all.
