You forgot to add one thing: an incentive. Why would anyone who knows what he's doing want to work for you and not just have his own tgp and keep all of the money?

I will give % of the traffic as gallery spots for your galleries or just pay $ straight out by the hour. I have over a million unique visitors coming over the next 2 weeks from paid spots but my tgp does not get any bookmarkers.

Why buy so much traffic if your sites not doing well already?

Otter, if noone has answered you can hit me up on ICQ - I have a few tips & tricks. I regularly build TGP`s and sell them once there are 20k galleries and a pr of at least 4/10.
