Coffee -- What's the best coffee maker?

Ok, unless you do your caffeine cold, one of the most important things to adult webmasters -- definitely me -- along with sales, traffic, content, good computer, chair, light, and all the rest, is my coffee! Gotta have my coffee!! And lots of it throughout the day!

Gone through four or five drip coffee makers in the past two years and they all did a poor to average job of it. This latest one pretty much sucks; it's slow as hell and doesn't come out hot enough for my liking.

So, what's a good brand of coffee maker, that spews it out nice and hot, lasts a while (durable), and most importantly does it FAST as possible, so I'm not waiting around ten minutes for it to drip out a single cup?

If you're gonna do it by the pot, get a BUNN.
makes a pot in about 2 minutes.
Although mine is in the closet... collecting dust.

Personally, I use a hotshot, shot into a mixing cup with the grounds, stirred vigorously, then poured through a filter directly into a thermos mug.

perfect, consistent cup every time within a couple minutes, without the coffee sitting around getting muddy on the heat.

He is on the money. BUNN 10 cup will run ya about 100.00. Spits out 10 cups in 3 minutes, has pause button to grab that first cup. All stainless parts on inside so no nasty tastes. Great fucking machine.

Then quality grinder and whole beans kept in air tight black container in freezer.

There was a 6 page article about coffee in Fortune Magazine a year ago. The experts pretty much agree that the Italians make the best coffee and the best coffee machines. Saeco is Italian btw.

Hell yeah, we've got one too. You switch it on, press the button, 20 sec. later -> perfect coffee!

French Press coffee makers produce, by far, the best coffee I've ever had. It's a bit of a pain in the ass to make though, and you have to use a thermos to keep it fresh and hot. Worth the hassle though

Lots of excellent suggestions there!

JB, damn, you take your coffee seriously! LOL Awesome machine there!

TTH, most of the time it's the one cup-at-a-time for me. I definitely like it fresh. Bunn is a great contender on that score.

Maru, thanks for the link, going to check it out now.

Hey Thunderballs, what make is that one btw? Can't tell from the pic. Cappucino is another fav of mine, but I don't think I need JB's "office" sized one, kickass that it is.

Knew I'd get good coffee feedback from webmasters.

SAECO STRATOS!

Fullly automatic, perfect coffee with 100% of it´s aroma, just-in-time breuwing, autmatic cleaning, great vapor for cappucino and for warmig milk!
