Ordinarily I wouldn't blast a provider for a couple minutes of downtime but Rackshack sucks!

Go to Webair. Or don't, and I'll probably end up taking all your listings and traffic eventually.

Do you realize that rackshack is probably either #1 or #2 hosting company?

IF somone is not a complete moron and can read a document on how to use, plesk, cpanel, or ensim. They will save a large amount of money on rackshack.

How would they benefit from webair? I have read some pretty bad things on those guys in some other threads.

Grant it, I use cavecreek, techiemedia, rackshack, nat net and rackspace as well.. but your thinking that rackshack is a "bad" host, is way off..

But its not for use by someone that cant figure out point and click web admin software..
