We never sent Joe what I would consider to be a misleading photo of the model...I sent Joe a single image of 3 or 4 models to choose from fro some custom content that was available at discounted prices. He at no time ever asked to see additional photos of the model who he ordered the video of or any other model. He never asked to see a single nude image of this model or even requested her height, weight, and measurements.
There is nothing misleading here, there was no switching of models and she most certainly didn't gain 30lbs in 2 weeks.

For those of you making comments without fully reading the post:
Joe flat out lied about what he ordered and the specifics of the order that he made...That is what the issue is about.
He claimed he ordered an solo anal video with the model using toys which he did not...
He claimed that he ordered a video with an outdoor interview which he did not...

He has made claims that you can obviously see from the transcript above were not the case and as I told Joe if he had approached this issue in a professional manner the outcome would have been different but he chose not to and it is the fact that he even lied about many of the details in regards to this order that made me decide to dismiss this issue altogether.

I've been a photograher for over 15 years and what I do know is that I have seen many pictures of monay different models who always did not look 100% the same in every set depending on what they were or were not wearing, how their hair was styled, lighting and many other factors.

If Joe was unhappy he could of simply called me up like a professional and we could have handled this but instead he sent me a bunch of threats and insults....
If that is how he handles himself as a professional then I am going to simply leave this matter as it stands.

I am pretty much done commenting on this matter since it really isn't even worth discussing over $75 dollars.

But honestly, buying an exclusive video based on one pic seems stupid to me.

Did read entire thread, being subjective without seeing all "proof" (video - does it have toy use, is there anal in video, some outdoor intro footage, ect. Photo- not seeing original sent via email, or is the prone on bed pic the original?)

First, the prone laying on bed picture is very misleading, but it is same girl at same weight range. Just camera angle magic. Please notice how much the bed is indented. Her hands under chin cover up double chin, ect. Second pic is very un-flattering pose that shows it all.

Order seemed to be this:
20 minute video.
5 minutes being an outdoor intro
5 minutes being finger masturbation.
5 minutes being pussy penetration.
5 minutes being anal penetration.
cost: 150.00 for exclusive.

Amacontent started quote with "how much for solo anal scene with pics". Then proceeded to give video instruction that does not give picture instructions.

Diesel responds with "if entire vid is strictly solo girl then we can go $100 and $150 for non-exclusive and exclusive".

Amacontent agree's at 150.00 Diesel agree's.

Amacontent then states to include 75 pictures.

This deal appears fucked from the starting gate. Neither party is on same page, photographer did not provide proper sample photo, and well this is a lesson in how to not buy content.

For 150.00 I would not be pissed about the patch, it is super low costs. Does show lack of quality or thought though.

Seems both parties are somewhat at fault though. Rough justice in my mind would place it at around 75/25 with amacontent at 25.

Lessons learned:
1. Get more than 1 sample photo, ask for a face shot, a full body frontal, a full body side, and a full body rear. Any less and your asking for trouble or dissapointments.
2. Finalize the deal instructions and include precisely what you want in every detail and include this with the payment.
3. The cheaper you go the lower you should set your expectations.
4. When problems arise, pick up a phone and work it out like business people. Resort to boards only as last resort if settlement can not be arranged.

Amacontent started quote with "how much for solo anal scene with pics". Then proceeded to give video instruction that does not give picture instructions. Diesel responds with "if entire vid is strictly solo girl then we can go $100 and $150 for non-exclusive and exclusive". Amacontent agree's at 150.00 Diesel agree's. Amacontent then states to include 75 pictures. This deal appears fucked from the starting gate. Neither party is on same page, photographer did not provide proper sample photo, and well this is a lesson in how to not buy content. For 150.00 I would not be pissed about the patch, it is super low costs. Does show lack of quality or thought though. Seems both parties are somewhat at fault though. Rough justice in my mind would place it at around 75/25 with amacontent at 25. Lessons learned: 1. Get more than 1 sample photo, ask for a face shot, a full body frontal, a full body side, and a full body rear. Any less and your asking for trouble or dissapointments. 2. Finalize the deal instructions and include precisely what you want in every detail and include this with the payment. 3. The cheaper you go the lower you should set your expectations. 4. When problems arise, pick up a phone and work it out like business people.
