Create a database and import it.

Create the database, then click on the new database name in the left frame. Then there should be a "browse" button in the middle of the page (you might have to scroll down). Find the file on your computer. From there, you should be able to run the .sql file you saved from the other database.

If it doesn't work, you can always drop it and start again, but that should do it.

This is from memory, someone else might know the exact process.

When you backed up the database, did you back up the structure and data, or just the structure? Make sure the data from your old server is in the new database.
