The best offer I have seen is $295 for a Pentium IV 80 gigs 7200 rpm 512 ram managed but it doesn't include ensim / cpanel.
Any other good offers out there?

Cogent Aleron and Allegiance are not the best providers as their networks are young and not well managed.
