my adult content licensing dilema - GoFuckYourself.com

So I went ahead and snagged about 10,000 images for my site from one of these content "brokers"

I'm on ICQ with the guy and he gives me a URL to get the licensing agreement from.

I fill it out with the CD /package names (3 CDs in all), mail it the same day throw the images up on the sites.

Get a call from the original company that owns the pics, saying stop using the images we don't have a licensing agreement with you.

I say, fuck you very much this is a copy of what I sent, here is my visa statement where I paid an ungodly amount of money.

They say You were supposed to fill out the license from each and every set (about 250-300), and are past the grace period for licensing them, therefore cannot use them.

Your thoughts? I'm in a different country so I am inclined to tell them to suck it.

tell them to suck it and call the company you dealt with for licensing.

Make sure the guy you bought from is legit or get your $$ back fast!

That will not help to much. To get an lawer in your country (where ever this is) cost probably about 500$. What I can't understand is, the guy who has sold the stuff - does he has a licence to resell the suff?

I would be polite and ask the company to send back the money within 3 days and you will throw away the stuff. Or, if the money does not get in with this time you should charge back the amount at Visa

chargeback if you can, if you can't then discuss with them and tell them your going to rape them and the broker on the chat boards with all the evidence. They hopefully will come around.

I would have to agree with the majority here. Work with the broker and if you can't get something straightened out, CHARGE IT BACK! I'd hate to do that to the broker since they aren't directly the ones who hurt you, but perhaps if you do, the broker will fine the producer heavily or something, and probably stop dealing with them.
