Hey Rich, if you really are into guns for target shooting, you should try a good old fashioned revolver like a .38 or something. Mechanically they are much more accurate, they don't move very much while firing... Semiautomatics like yours are all over the fucking place.

Get some handeling time on it and range time. Don't fuck around with it, dont dry fire it ect ect...

that may be, and there are other reasons for that, but in general terms a revolver is no more accurate than an autoOriginally posted by lil2rich4u2
he is right actually.
i have fired both and the 9mm is no where near as accurate as a s&w 38mm ... that thing is just dead accurate
some of the most accurate pistols in the world are autos
yes a revolver has a fixed barrel, but it also has 5, 6, or sometimes 9 different bullet chambers that are all slighlty different. the accuracy ratio of a firearm has nothing to do with auto or revolver, only with precision of craftsmanship
I have a Ruger MkII gov. target model with a 10.5" bull barell that is very very accurate. As in shooting 10 shots in the same hole at 25 yrds on a bench vise.
Besides that, look at what the top handgun target marksmen are shooting and you can see for yourself :-)
