European HealthCare Question
I just found out that my father is having emergency surgery in Germany, on his knee. (Apparently, it is destroyed and they are hoping to repair it...no details yet on how it got mangled...my sister called, she is not sure herself).
Is the healthcare quality there comparable to the US? Should I be concerned or is he most likely in good hands? |

German doctors are one of the best in Europe, besides Switzerland
 And German healthcare is Free? Isn't it? Don't worry you father is in safe hands. These guys did a few surgeries on Yeltsin. And he is still alive.  |

Germany has excellent doctors and hospitals. My cousin is due to shortly give birth to her second child to be be born in a German hospital.
