I heard that this week they're taking all the servers out of the datacenter in Tampa and trucking them up to the new datacenter in NJ.
So the sites will be down for however long it takes to get them there and plug them in.

The servers on smutserver that are up right now are probably the ones that have already been moved or haven't been unplugged yet.
