                          I was told before that ccbill was basically only crossing to other sites you owned.. It wasnt really open like the Epoch program.

                          That was as of about 2 months ago..

                                      Unless your site, and the site you want to cross-sell to has been apprioved by your sales rep and others over there. (ccbill)... you most likely will not be able to do cross-sells.. We have been doing them for about a year and they are cool. However, do to the new Visa regs and chargeback percentage issues.. it is very hard to get approved.
