Speed is of the essence or she will have her story and witnesses down pat and THEN you ARE scr*wed. ;-) You also can get a court order for her to show up at said lab for the child to be swabbed.

in our county and because we are not married we are in Juvenal court and not domestic court they will pay for DNA tests - it's on the way - it's just the courts here are slow : ( - also Juvenal court here does not go by the same rules as domestic court it means it's a winner take all case - they won't even offer a joint custody

My daughter is 21 now so I don't have to speak to the ex wife for anything again. But remember. your going to have to have contact with her for many years to come. There is no avoiding it.
