Details the times in history where our own government (USA) furthered its agenda to foster fear in the populace thereby strengthening the powers of the Federal Government and eroding the rights of the people.

Some examples:
Documents, unclassified, show that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under the Kennedy administration proposed hijacking and/or blowing up U.S. passenger planes, sinking U.S. ships in Cuban waters, killing Marines at Guantanamo Bay, etc... to get the populace on the side of invading Cuba. This document was given approval by the Secretary of Defense but Kennedy thought it proposterous. He was killed days later in Dallas, Texas.

A couple of months before September 11, President Bush signed an order that would punish law enforcement officials with severe penalties if they arrested or detained Al Qaeda or Taliban operatives. Terrorist's names were deleted from airport watch lists by the Federal Government just months before the attacks on 9.11

President Roosevelt campaigned and won the Presidential election on a platform of keeping the USA out of World War II. Months before the attack on Pearl Harbor, Roosevelt was informed of a plan by the Japanese to attack the Pacific fleet. Weeks before the attack, Roosevelt knew the date and place of the attack b/c of the interception of a communique by a Japanese General outlining the attack on Pearl Harbor. ALL code breaking machines at Pearl Harbor were dismantled and the radar system at Pearl Harbor was taken offline as well. Our sailors and seamen were sitting ducks. The formation of the United Nations was a result of this, in effect creating a New World Order.

It's an astounding movie. If nothing else it makes you think.
