My friend has a serious problem. Sure it's a bit dumb, but he's not entirely sure it's his fault.

It deals with billing. He spoke to Jettis and they suggested he contact you guys but has not heard back yet, so I figured I should pitch in and try to help him out.

Anyone here? If so, please hook me up with your contact info. I'm trying to prevent him from charging back $743, heh.

I wasn't asking for their info - I've already given my friend their number to call. I was asking if someone was on here from NastyDollars.
