If paysites did get together and do this, first and foremost they would be prosecuted under Federal Law for Price Fixing. There is a little law on the books concerning this. The FTC prosecutes more "Price Fixing" cases than all others combined.

And even if the FTC decided to ignore this, do you really think there would actually be a shortage of paysites willing to pay this increased payout?? Yes sir, you live in a different world alright. LOL

if you want to see a real revolution someone work a variation on TGP2 or something like that, to curb the glut of free porn on the net. Get a bunch of program owners together and tgp owners and gallery builders and work out a formula to give less and make the surfer want to sign up.

Your post is so off I don't even know where to start but I will try.
I only list my own galleries of which I have 30k plus, and paid spots. I'm not looking for galleries from the public. Where did you read this about submits? And I will send some traffic? I am already sending back 15% to TGPS listing my galleries. That's a hell of a lot more than "some traffic". 363,399 hits back to the TGPs the last 24 hours actually.
TGP2 hit what 50k a day to galleries on it's best day? I have never seen a subject talked about so much that is so small.

That's what I wanted to read :thumbsup I guess I'll have to review another 190 galleries to find out.

Why only programs that offer PPS and not revshare?
I might be old school since I have been around since 97 but I can tell you for a fact that we earn more than $25.00 - $30.00 per join with the revshare programs we push.

Fo example: We sent ~10,000 joins to SEG's Sweetloads site from April 2000 - Sept 2000 and to date we have collected about $584,000.00. That translates to about $58.40 per join.

We have done that with many more quality revshare programs with the same results.

You are assuming that the top paysites are still incorporated in the USA. That may have been true in the past but not anymore.

ANY ENTITY doing business in the US can be prosecuted for this. This is the FTC's bread and butter. These cases are very easy to prosecute and the FTC puts a lot of effort into these cases. Did you know that if Real Estate broker A get's together over lunch with Real Estate broker B, and says "You know broker B, I think I will increase my commisions I charge to 8%. Broker B says "you know that's a good idea. I will do the same." Then they just committed price fixing. Very easy to prosecute these cases.
