Given that there were some really good questions asked yesterday in the thread where i would answer your questions about the gay markets i thought i would share some info for anyone looking to get into the gay market.

The following is a list of 'gay' terms and their meanings which will help you match your content upto a specific gay niche.

Bear - A Hairy Mature Guy - Ron Jeremy For Instance Would Be A Bear In Gay Terms.

Twink - A Young 18+ Lean Hairless Guy.

Stud - Your Regular Football Player Type Look, Smooth And Well Defined.

Hunk - Pretty Much The Same As A Stud But Can Also Be Hairy.

Jock - Your Regular Cute Looking College Aged Guy.

Cub - A Younger Version Of A Bear Aged Anywhere From 18-30 Ish.

Daddies - An Older Guy (30+) Who Prefers Younger Guys (18+).

Sons - The Opposite Of Daddies (above).

Top - The Guy Who Does The Fucking (or could be his preferance).

Bottom - The Guy Who Gets Fucked.

Versatile - A Guy Who Doesnt Mind Being Fucked Or Fucking Another Guy.

BBM - A Gay Version Of BBW.

Chubs - Slightly Over Weight Gay Men - No Defined Muscles And Not Slim.

DILF - The Gay Version Of MILF (Dads I Like To Fuck)

Do gay sites really convert 1:60 on AVERAGE? If there is any CJ or TGP type traffic in the mix that means some people are doing MUCH MUCH better than that.

Is your site unique in that respect or is it the niche in general?

Obviously i cant speak for everybody but its common knowledge that gay sites convert better than straight because the market is simply more affluent with a higher level of disposable income.

Add intot he mix somthing other than your standard run of the mill cookie cutter twink sites and youll be making bank big time.

As far as our site goes, it isnt uniue in the 1:60 conversions we have used Sic Cash and ARS sites and had those converting at almost the same levels.

As with any type of site the conversions will vary depending on numerous factors including the niche, the traffic and, your marketing skills as a webmaster.

So far as the niche, to our knowlege we are the ONLY company currently offering DILF as a gay niche for webmasters to promote and so far, because it is fresh on the net conversion as i say, are very good
