I wouldn't say "slave driver", although I may have used those exact words in the past out of convenience for lack of something more appropriate, they don't really fit. Lensman, is.....

To the less educated, yes.... "slave driver" would apply. But it's really not the case. Lensman is definately driven. He's extremely intelligent and knows exactly what he wants, and how to get there. The A-Team exists to make that happen. He is an active part of that process, and he doesn't settle for 2nd place. We all work hard, toward a common goal, and that's what makes it work. He knows which buttons to push and when, and he also knows when to lay back. Lens is a very shrewd businessman. He didn't get to where he is by being slack.
