I just looked up some of my friends who started with me in 1996.. Their sites don't show up before December 1998 either.. And believe me when I tell you
She had her first ever barmeet in Jan of 1997 with Oasis her first ever barmeet and I DO remember her linking us with our domain name. So thats weird hmmmmmm

Steffie this is not weird it is simply that the Wayback Machine did not start before 1997 and it did not kick in before 1998 and then it all depended on hits and links when they find you.
My first site shows up as of Feb 98

He owned the .net but someone else had the .com and didn't give it up. |
