I require a sample upfront so I can test your proxies, or if you know good referenceS, then I might give you a try

remember, I need proxies that send emails, not some crap that "could be used" for emails

because most email domains block your IP if you do mass mailing

i've sent out mass lists of emails from one ip address and people do not block you if you are not spamming.

it is very rare that they would block you and it could stick becasue you just tell them its an opt in list.

if this were truth that email hosts block on opt in lists then nothing from yahoo, amazon, or buy.com would get through to anybody.
