WTF - Content providers not knowing Title 18?!
I won't mention names here because I'm not here to star a piss, but I can't believe that I've got a client here who just got some extra pic content sent from a major content provider and when he inquired about a license agreement and model release info for the content, they just sent him an email that said it was okay to use the stuff.
You'd think a freaking major content provider would know ya' need more than that by now! BARG!
