Personally, I feel it's a bad idea to mix in links between your mainstream and adult sites, especially if on your mainstream sites you are promoting any program whose TOS forbids linking to adult content (e.g. gambling/gaming sites). I ain't no lawyer, so take this with a grain of salt, but I would think that even an exit link to your adult site(s) from a mainstream site in this example would be a violation, and it would suck to get terminated and lose whatever monies they owed you.
